It's not that easy to draw Superman. The man has a dumb boy-scout image stamped on his front. So usually, we either have people who depict him in a savage very hulky way, or others who play the classic boy-scout and perfect son-in-law card.
But Alan Davis is one of the few artists that success at giving Superman a good modern muscular look, engaging and modern, while keeping an emotionnal classic touch. Well done!
